Radial Road 10/C4 Package II isone of the roads and bridges project of Foundation Specialists, inc. which involves the construction of a 54 kilometer asphalt concrete pavement, three concrete bridges, and land reclamation of approximately 14,200 sq. km. The outer walling of the reclamation was made of reinforced concrete sheet piles and armor rock.
