The PLDT X-5 Project involved excavation for manholes and conduit systems, fabrication of manholes and cabinet bases, laying of pipes, and restoration works. All these were done key cities and provinces in the Philippines, such as Metro Manila, Davao City, Cebu City , Bulacan, Rizal, Tarlac, Pampanga, Mindoro, etc.
