Telecommunications projects done by Foundation Specialists, inc. include complete outside plant construction, erection of towers, incorporating the company's expertise in special foundations. The towers were founded either on large diameter bored piles, high-capacity steel micropiles, and other foundation types depending on load combinations and soil conditions. Towers were installed in various locations in Bulacan, Tarlac, Zamboanga, Osamis, Ormoc City, and Pampanga for PLDT. The tallest PLDT tower was installed by FS in Pinamalayan Mindoro overcoming enormous odds due to lack of access roads and having access only from the sea.

Foundation Specialists, inc. also installed the first fiber-optic uninterrupted submarine cable between Dumaguete City and Argao, Cebu including landings on both sides and inland plant up to the PLDT switches.

For Italtel, Foundation Specialists, inc. installed all the towers for Tranche I-III of the National Telephone Program (NTP) for the whole of Mindanao including access roads for the tower construction and maintenance.
For cell-sites, FS was awarded contracts that included erection of towers by multinational companies supplying cell-sites for Philippine telecommunication companies.

Foundation Specialists, inc. is not only in telecommunication and transmission tower erection but also in installation of conduits, manholes, and other accessories for telecommunications. Projects of this kind were done in key cities all over the Philippines for the PLDT X-5 Expansion Project.
