Foundation Specialists, Inc. has successfully completed several large Projects of Site Development, among which the 100 Ha Florida Blanca Resettlement Project of Department of Public Works and Highways for the Pinatubo refugees, which included all facilities to make the resettlement area ready to receive several thousand families displaced by the volcanic eruption of Pinatubo . For the National Steel Corporation in Iligan City, Mindanao, Foundation Specialists Inc. reclaimed and developed 10 Ha of land from the sea and prepared all the area ready to receive the new structures for the shipping facilities of the plant. Also for the National Steel Corporation, Foundation Specialists, Inc. has cleared the 20 HA hilly area fronting the plant, and develop the aea to be ready to receive the, at that time, scheduled construction of the Hott Furnace Facilities, eventually mothballed following the privatization of NSC For the National Museum, at former Finance Building in Luneta, Foundation Specialists, Inc. did the redevelopment of the whole area, with all new facilities needed for the Museum, including a large underground water tank , surface facilities and final landscaping. Foundation Specialists has also completed the Site development of its associated Real Estate Companies, 42 Ha in Munoz NE, 21 Ha Pililla in Rizal, 14 Ha Tanay in Rizal, 4 Ha Caliraya in Laguna.
